Determination of nitrate and nitrite contents

Nitrate and nitrite contents are commonly measured in milk and milk products. We offer four methods to help determine nitrate and nitrite levels in milk and milk products. One method is based on enzyme reduction, and three are based on cadmium reduction. In terms of determination, all four are determined by the spectrometric method. All four methods are by international standards.

Determination of chloride

Determining chloride content can be used to assess the health of milk-producing animals, milk adulteration, and milk quality. We help determine chloride in milk, milk powder, cheese, and butter. We determine the chloride based on the potentiometric titration method referencing international standards. We use fully automated titration equipment to simplify the determination of chlorides to improve efficiency.

Determination of inorganic elements

We help detect over 14 inorganic elements in milk and milk products, including beneficial elements and heavy metals. We help determine these elements mainly based on various international standard methods. Some of these elements have multiple methods of determination, and we can help select the appropriate method based on the customer's testing needs and basic testing information.
