Trypsin is an enzyme derived from the porcine pancreas and is commonly used for the dissociation of mammalian cells and tissues. The concentration of trypsin required to separate cells from their substrate depends on the sensitivity of the cells. This reference is a 10X concentrated solution. It contains 2.5% of trypsin.
